Demonstrating the effectiveness of custom branding, the City of El Monte, CA, is reporting strong use of the City's new customer service program based on Government Outreach's GORequest software.  The system, dubbed Ask ElMO, features a traslation service that eases use for the City's diverse population.  Check it out at Ask ElMO.
